Hi, a couple of questions:
Does the data have geometry information stored in the headers?
What sort of geometry information do you have?
What is the sort of the data, e.g. common receiver gathers, common shot gathers etc.?

Firstly the navigation info will need to be correctly assigned, however this has been provided for the nodes - maybe some sort of ASCII text file or maybe written to the headers. To QC the geometry you should be able to use typical offset confirmation - that is calculating the theoretical first breaks from the offsets and overlaying on the data to compare.
