What is the most direct way to convert a segy velocity file to nmo?

segy velocity files can be read into isovels directly; you can then use the 'Re-pick' button to create an nmo output file.

is it possible to make ascii file for velocity with following information
CDP, S.P, X,Y, TIME & VELOCITY.
I have tried but not get X,Y info. Please suggest

One obvious way to export a velocity field with XY coordinates is to create a SegY velocity file.
Alternatively you can use the nmowgf utillity to which can output WesternGeco, EssoV2 and ASCII format velocity datasets with or without XY coordinates. This is well documented in the Claritas Seishelp online documentation and can be found by navigating to seishelp-Utillities-Velocities-nmowgf
