Third V6-8 beta release - 29 March 2018

On the 29th of March 2018 we completed another release sprint of the development version of GLOBE Claritas (V6-8) and were able to provide a download for the latest beta release to our Linux clients.
Some of the new functionality and features in this beta release included:-
• Improvements to the IMAGE_K2T and IMAGE_K2D applications, including trace normalisation and user control of operator tapering.
• Development of support/metadata file linkage to HDF5 datasets for improved QA/QC of processing flows, simplified support file selection, and improved interactivity of log files. Bug fixes included:-
• READSEGY – Added support for extra textual (3200Byte) trace headers, i.e. GLOBE Claritas can now read SegY rev1 datasets with more than one 3200 byte EBCDIC header.
