cva recover with cva -r .journal file
A very useful tool is cva -r. In case of a system crash while picking velocities, one is generally able to recover any unsaved work by typing: cva -r .journal (this is the latest cva journal file). This usually works, however there are situations when not. One of the cases when does not work, is when the geometry file (and your datasets) have at least one CDP bin with 0 fold. creation of common velocity stacks
Thanks in previous when we click the cvs button and selct the window in the stacks and get the CVS fuction of that selected window. In new version, when press the cvs button and wants to select the region on stack, it selct the cdp location, not select the region or full stack. how we select the region on stack after pressing tthe CVS button on 5.6 verson. 49 years ago |

For groundroll, you used the SETHEADER module and apply this rec_water=offset/4, and using the ZEROMUTE module to mute out this. in land data how we deel with negative value of offset. for land data ,if we apply this flow up to Zeromute and display the data then we see the positive offset data mute out and negative offset remains. what we do to mute out the negative offset data. regards masood 49 years ago |

Claritas plot job include the 4th column(depth) in the velocity table, is there any option present to ovide this coloum in final ouput. only three column (time, vrms, vint) print on plot? 49 years ago |

How we plot tie point of line on the plot job. Can we define the Bold fix datum line in elevation graph. For mapfile and logo file which format is used. i tried .bmp but it gives error. please suggest 49 years ago |

Thanks tiffrtl utilitiy not cinvert the RGB Tiff file. so for this what we do? second how we create the map file in claritas, if we use the smap utility, and take dump this image is also in RGB colors, and tiffrtl utilitiy not accept it. Is there any option in plotting modules to control the font style line regular, bold italic etc. Hieghts of font present but when we take the plot the font writing are dim in color.please suggest. 49 years ago |

EOM
We've recently been looking into the EOM module and have discovered some issues - probably explaining why your NMO is not working as expected. This module should be updated in the next release of Claritas. Sorry for any inconvenience. I don't know a great deal about the equivalent offset migration process, but have been talking to the developer that intially created the module (now retired).
